Jew's Harp - Chancellor
$44.00
Jews harps were popular with Maori throughout the 19th century and were first traded from the Kerikeri Store from the early 1820s. Highly portable, they were also carried and played by seamen and settlers.
The steel-framed harps stocked at the Stone Store today follow an ancient tradition, hand-forged in Hungary by the celebrated Zoltán Szilágyi.
