Along with knucklebones, Jack Straws is the most popular game selling at the Stone Store. This very old game was originally played using lengths of straw that were gathered together and then allowed to fall in a heap. The skill was to remove the pieces of straw one at a time without any other straw moving. The game has developed over the years but this version from the 1950s perhaps has the most nostalgic appeal of them all.
